Based on the university’s vision and mission of excellence in teaching, learning, scientific research and community service and in implementation of its five-year strategic plan 2024-2028 to focus on developing the skills of faculty members as part of its strategies to improve the quality of education and scientific research, the university prioritises the development of faculty members’ skills and is important to meet the changing student needs and modern scientific and technological challenges. This plan aims to provide comprehensive and diverse training programmes to develop the skills of faculty members and enhance their capabilities in the fields of teaching, research and communication, which contributes to enhancing the teaching and learning experience of students and raising the level of academic and research performance of the university in general.

Islamic University's General Training Programme for Developing the Skills and Capacities of Academic Staff 2024-2025
Based on the university’s vision and mission of excellence in teaching, learning, scientific research and community service and in implementation of its five-year strategic plan 2024-2028 to focus on developing the skills of faculty members as part of its strategies to improve the quality of education and scientific research, the university prioritises the development of faculty members’ skills and is important to meet the changing student needs and modern scientific and technological challenges.
