The College of Engineering Council convened its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Dean Professor Dr. Ali Al-Adhari, with Assistant Dean Dr. Mohammed Badkobi, Director of Media Mr. Ali Al-Salami,
and all department heads in attendance.
Key discussions focused on preparations for final examinations and the operational mechanisms of the examination committees, aimed at ensuring smooth procedures, strict compliance with regulations, and a supportive environment for students.
The Council also set a date for the graduation photo session and reviewed related arrangements, seeking to organize an event that reflects the college’s prestige and celebrates the achievements of its graduating class.
Members highlighted the need to strengthen the role of the university’s media department in promoting college activities, showcasing accomplishments, and clarifying organizational procedures for students. Enhanced coordination with the Media Department is expected to improve communication and foster greater academic awareness.
The meeting underscored the College of Engineering’s commitment to overseeing educational and examination processes while continuously raising academic and organizational standards.
