The Islamic University in Najaf aims to upgrade the postgraduate studies programmes in the formations of universities outside Iraq according to the standards of excellence and according to the controls and instructions of postgraduate studies in a way that reflects on the level of the student to be scientifically competent and able to bear the responsibility that results from obtaining a postgraduate degree outside Iraq.
