During the meeting, the council conducted a thorough review of the faculty’s performance over the past year, highlighting strengths and identifying areas needing improvement in both academic and administrative functions. They also addressed existing challenges and formulated solutions aimed at enhancing overall performance and advancing the educational process.
Additionally, the council discussed a detailed mechanism for selecting and evaluating new professor candidates to ensure the recruitment of qualified scientific talent that meets the college’s educational needs.
