Islamic University, Najaf
On the morning of Saturday, November 8, 2025, the Student Affairs Department at the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf began the work of the first phase of electronic application for the academic year (2025 – 2026), which consists of creating an electronic account for students wishing to register through the (Qaddim) platform application officially approved by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The HEPIQ (Qaddim) application is the first gateway to the electronic application system for private universities and colleges in Iraq, as it allows students to create their accounts and complete the first step of registration easily, from their homes via smartphone.

Note:
Creating an account in the (Qadam) platform application is only the first step, and it will be announced later that applications will be opened for departments within the Islamic University and the mechanism for entering desires.
The University’s Student Affairs Department continues to provide support and answer all application inquiries. Registration is available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday is an official holiday.
