1. Full scholarship (100%) for pharmacy and dentistry students who meet the scholarship conditions.
2. Memorisers of the Holy Quran (100%) — full exemption from tuition fees for all departments.
3. Students with special needs (100%) — comprehensive support in recognition of their circumstances.
4. First-degree martyrs’ families — 50% tuition reduction in appreciation of their families’ sacrifices for the nation.
5. Students covered by social welfare — 50% tuition reduction (according to the ministry’s allocation for evening studies) to support those with limited income.
6. Children of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research employees — 25% tuition reduction.
7. Political prisoners — 25% tuition reduction.
8. Siblings studying at the university — 10% discount when more than one student from the same family is enrolled.
9. Special discounts for financially needy students — determined based on social assessment.
