Islamic University, Najaf
The Islamic University’s scouting team took part in the Central Scouting Camp organized by the Student Activities Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The event was held at the Northern Technical University in Kirkuk Governorate and saw broad participation from both public and private universities.
Separate camps were arranged for male and female students. Leading the scout delegation was Mr. Ghaith Al-Khaqani from the College of Education. Throughout the camp, participants engaged in a variety of scouting, cultural, and sporting activities that fostered cooperation, discipline, and teamwork—core qualities of university scouting.
The camp organizers commended the Islamic University’s scouting team for their high level of discipline, commitment, and leadership, highlighting the positive spirit they maintained throughout the event.
