The Continuing Education Centre at the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf has organised a workshop titled “Creativity in Dealing with Others” for members of the university’s security, intelligence, and guard departments. The three-day programme, held from 18 to 20 August 2025 at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences Hall, aimed to enhance interpersonal and professional skills among participants.

The three-day programme, held from 18 to 20 August 2025 at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences Hall, aimed to enhance interpersonal and professional skills among participants.
The workshop opened with a lecture by Prof. Hassan Taher Melhem Al-Yasiri, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, who outlined the fundamental standards and principles of the university. This was followed by practical sessions led by senior trainer Safaa Al-Asam, focusing on methods and techniques for effective interaction with others.
The event forms part of a wider series of academic and training programmes launched by the Islamic University to develop staff skills and improve workplace performance.
