In line with the government programme for the academic year 2024–2025, the Centre for Continuing Education at the Islamic University in Najaf, in collaboration with the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, organised a specialised training course titled ‘Personal Skills’ on Saturday, 2 August 2025, held in the Centre’s Hall.
The course was attended by a group of teachers and university staff and was delivered by Prof. Dr. Fadel Abdul Abbas Al-Abadi, Director of the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department. He presented a significant lecture on ‘Presentation and Delivery Skills,’ sharing modern techniques and practical advice designed to improve participants’ presentation abilities, boost their self-confidence, and enhance their capacity for effective interaction in both academic and administrative settings.
This training session forms part of a broader series of workshops and development programmes undertaken by the Islamic University to elevate staff efficiency and build human capital. These efforts align with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to institutional development and modernisation across higher education institutions.
