Under the patronage of the Islamic University and in commemoration of the anniversary of the marriage of the Two Lights (Imam Ali and Lady Fatima, peace be upon them), and in the presence of the President of the Islamic University, Professor Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, a ceremony was held to honor the students who won the draw in Anis Al-Nufous Competition. The event was organized by Al-Baseera Channel at the Islamic University, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Imam Al-Ridha (peace be upon him), with the participation of more than 250 students from the Islamic University, various Iraqi universities, and high schools. The competition featured a series of lessons on the life and legacy of Imam Al-Ridha (peace be upon him).
The award ceremony included a speech by the President of the Islamic University, in which he emphasized the importance of organizing such religious and cultural activities across universities, institutes, and high schools. He also expressed his gratitude to Al-Baseera Channel for its dedicated efforts in serving Islam and the school of Ahlulbayt.
Dr. Mohammad Baqir Al-Qabbanchi, Director of Al-Baseera Channel, also delivered a speech outlining the program’s objectives and key features.
The event concluded with the distribution of gifts and certificates of appreciation to the top participants and honorees, in the presence of deans and faculty members of the Islamic University.
