The controls set forth in this Chapter shall apply to all admission channels.
1- Documents required for registration and registration mechanism
The student shall submit to the body to which he is nominated the following documents:

The original of the preparatory study document supported by the ratification of the General Directorate of Education in the governorate or the originals of other documents (and according to the admission channel) duly certified no later than 15/6/2021 and provides a written undertaking to do so to the registration of the college and otherwise his admission shall be canceled.

A color copy of the certificate of nationality and identity of the Iraqi Civil Status or the unified national card.

Recent photos (3).

Medical examination form (in accordance with the Health Fitness Law No. 5 of 1992 and its controls and conditions) taking into account the following:

The student does not register if the said form is never submitted.
-
The original of the form must be submitted and no copy of it is accepted.

The result of the examination shall be noted from the body to which the student is nominated directly, and in the event that he is not fit for the study to which he is nominated, the “Department of Private University Education” is approached to consider his admission according to his health fitness.

The student has the right to appeal the result of the examination to the Committees / Appeals Committee Section of the Ministry of Health through the entity nominated for admission to it.
2. Cases of cancellation of admission
The student’s admission shall be cancelled in the following cases:

If the student does not register in (university/college) nominated within (10) working days after the announcement of the admission results.

In the event that it is proved that any of the general or special conditions for admission to the study are not met.

If the student submits incorrect, forged or distorted information or documents to (university/college), he writes to the Ministry to cancel his admission even if he is in advanced classes or graduated from the university or college and all legal procedures are taken against him.

If the student does not submit the original of the preparatory study document supported by the ratification of the General Directorate of Education in the governorate to the registration of the college until the beginning of the second semester, provided that the registration department notifies the student at least three (3) times and the period between one notification and another (from 15-30) days.

Issue orders for students whose admission is cancelled as soon as they are eligible and not delay the issuance of the order more than a month from the due date.
