Intelegant Engineering Journal (NJF) is the official journal of the Islamic University in Najaf, Iraq. Established in June 2023, it is abbreviated as NJF-IEJ. This multidisciplinary journal operates at both national and international levels and is dedicated to the field of engineering. NJF-IEJ publishes original, peer-reviewed articles that present advanced and up-to-date research. The journal is committed to delivering high quality, ethical, and evidence-based content, including topics related to artificial intelligence.

The journal includes full-length articles, letters, and reviews, and publishes its content in the English language. Since 2023, it has been published regularly on a biannual basis, in June and December. The journal follows an open-access model under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

With an efficient editorial process, the average time from article submission to the first decision is two weeks, while the time from submission to acceptance ranges between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the prompt responsiveness of the authors.
