Central Postal Division
The Central Mail Division, a part of the Office of the Administrative Assistant, was formed by merging the outgoing and incoming mail units, the secret pen unit, and the external mail unit under the new organizational structure. This division is responsible for comprehensive mail management, including issuing, receiving, copying, distributing, archiving, and recording both outgoing and incoming correspondence. Since 2014, it has also operated an electronic mail system to send official documents to all colleges, departments, centers, and divisions within the university. The staff of this division work tirelessly around the clock to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all mail.
