The Department of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology Engineering at the College of Technical Engineering at the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf held a scientific workshop entitled: (Time Evolution with Fluid Dynamics Equations), presented by the experienced professor Dr. Abbas Salimoun, on Saturday, Nov, 1st 2025.
The workshop discussed the scientific development that has occurred in formulating and analyzing fluid dynamics equations over recent decades, and the mechanisms for applying them in modern engineering fields, especially in refrigeration and air conditioning projects, thermal industries, and energy systems.
The workshop aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the principles of flow fluid analysis, and develop their skills in linking the theoretical aspect with practical applications, which would contribute to enhancing their scientific competence and raising their readiness for the labor market. The workshop witnessed a distinguished presence and wide interaction from the department’s students and professors, and a set of questions and discussions were raised that influenced the scientific topics of the workshop.
