Islamic University, Najaf
Under the patronage of the Islamic University and on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Al-Hasan Al-Askari (peace be upon him), Al-Basira Channel held a special ceremony to honour the winners of its various competitions, which included:
1- The Arbaeen Photography Award.
2- The Al-Basira Dialogue Session Competition and Workshop.
3- The Imam Al-Hasan Al-Askari Competition.
The ceremony was attended by the President of the Islamic University, Professor Ammar Al-Salami, who reviewed the activities and competitions organised by the channel during the summer break. He expressed his appreciation for the channel’s efforts and congratulated the participating and winning students, affirming that the university supports such initiatives aimed at nurturing a conscious generation that upholds the message and culture of Islam.
For his part, Dr. Mohammed Baqir Al-Qabbanji, Director of Al-Basira Channel and Dean of Imam Al-Mahdi University, highlighted the details and significance of the competitions, extending his gratitude to the university’s leadership for its continued support of educational and cultural programmes.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the winning students were honoured with cash prizes and certificates of appreciation in recognition of their outstanding participation and achievements.
