Acting on the directives of University President Prof. Ammar Al-Salami, the Human Rights Division convened an expanded meeting on Wednesday with representatives from affiliated faculties and departments to formulate a strategic action plan for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The meeting focused on key initiatives to foster a culture of human rights across the university, streamline coordination among units, and clearly define roles and responsibilities. Mr. Abdulkarim Saleh Ali, Head of the Division, stated that the outcome was a comprehensive plan featuring training courses, workshops, outreach visits, and collaborative meetings with organizations dedicated to human rights advocacy.
