The Islamic University in Najaf continues to provide a range of services to the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), including the distribution of meals, cold water, and medical assistance at its location near the entrance to the old city, within the Imam Hussein Medical Complex (peace be upon him).
The university administration affirmed that the continuation of these efforts reflects the principles of the Husseini renaissance and upholds the humanitarian and educational values of the Arbaeen pilgrimage. It further noted that the procession will remain active throughout the pilgrimage period, with extensive organisational measures in place to ensure the smooth delivery and high quality of services offered to the honoured pilgrims.
