Islamic University, Najaf
Under the patronage of the Islamic University, Al-Basira Channel—affiliated with the university—organised the “God’s Greatest Day” competition on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir. The competition focused on memorising 40 wise sayings of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The event witnessed the participation of over 200 students from universities, institutes, and high schools across Iraq. The competition was held at the Islamic University branches in Najaf, Diwaniyah, and Babylon. This initiative is part of the university’s ongoing religious and cultural activities aimed at promoting Islamic values and enriching the intellectual and spiritual awareness of Iraqi youth.academic accreditation requirements.
