Islamic University Founder Hosts Staff in Festive Eid al-Adha Gathering

The founder of the Islamic University in Najaf, His Eminence Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Sayyed Sadr al-Deen al-Qabbanji, received a delegation of academic leaders, administrative staff, and employees from the Islamic University’s main campus in Najaf and its branches in Babylon and Diwaniyah, as well as faculty members from the Al-Furqan Educational Complex and the Imam Hussein Medical City, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

The delegation was led by Professor Dr. Ammar Abdulameer Al-Salami, President of the Islamic University, accompanied by vice-presidents, branch directors, deans, and senior administrators, all extending their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Eminence on the blessed occasion.

In his welcoming remarks, Al-Qabbanji expressed his appreciation for the visit and praised the continued efforts of the university’s staff in upholding the values of knowledge and faith. He described their work as one of the most honourable forms of righteous action, benefitting individuals in both this life and the hereafter, and emphasised the importance of continued excellence and dedication in serving the people of Iraq.

He also expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed to the university’s success in achieving advanced rankings in both local and international academic classifications, highlighting the vital role of scientific research and adherence to quality and academic integrity standards.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the attendees thanked Al-Qabbanji for his ongoing support and generous patronage of the university’s initiatives, praying to Almighty God for his continued success and well-being in serving religion, knowledge, and society.
