Islamic University Delegation Visits Azadi/Najafabad Islamic University in Isfahan

Islamic University, Najaf— A delegation from the Islamic University of Najaf Al-Ashraf recently visited Azadi Najafabad University in Isfahan, Iran, to strengthen a previously signed memorandum of understanding between the two institutions. The delegation, led by University President Prof. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, included Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Baghdadi, Head of Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies; Assistant Professor Dr. Nazem Al-Salami, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammad Reza Al-Badkoubi, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Technical Engineering; and Mr. Ahmad Al-Khayat, Head of the Quality Assurance Department.
During their visit, the delegation learned about Azadi Najafabad University’s experience with scientific parks, laboratories, affiliated industries, its scientific innovation center, and overall infrastructure. The two universities agreed to collaborate on organizing scientific conferences and facilitating the admission of Islamic University students into master’s programs at Azadi Najafabad University.
Azadi Najafabad University is recognized by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, particularly for its artificial intelligence program for computer technology engineering graduates. It offers these programs at competitive, subsidized rates. Furthermore, students wishing to pursue postgraduate studies at Azadi Najafabad Islamic University can register through the Islamic University of Najaf Al-Ashraf.
These collaborative efforts aim to advance scientific development and promote greater academic integration between the two universities.
