Islamic University, Najaf— The Islamic University of Najaf’s volleyball team has qualified for the final of the Iraqi Universities Volleyball Championship after a well-earned victory over Al-Qadisiyah University in the semi-finals. The Islamic University team secured their place in the final by winning three clean sets, while Al-Qadisiyah managed to win only two.
This remarkable achievement was witnessed by the President of the Islamic University in Najaf, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, and the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Hassan Taher Melhem, along with several deans, their assistants, and numerous teachers and students.
In congratulatory remarks, Prof. Dr. Al-Salami praised the team’s outstanding performance and wished them further success in the final match. He also expressed his best wishes to the Al-Qadisiyah University team for future tournaments.
