Islamic University, Najaf— Under the patronage of President Prof. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami and supervised by Dean Prof. Ali Al-Azari, the Department of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering at the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf hosted a workshop on scientific promotion guidelines for university professors. Prof. Ali Abdul Mohsen Al-Asadi presented ministerial instructions and explained the promotion criteria from assistant to teacher, teacher to assistant professor, and assistant professor to professor.
