Islamic University, Najaf— Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, President of the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf, a seminar titled “Levels of Management and Individual Skills of Project Managers “was held in collaboration with the Continuing Education Centre at the university. Prof. Ali Al-Ethari, Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies, supervised the event. Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Abdul-Ilah Nemeh delivered a comprehensive presentation on the various levels of management within organizations, detailing the specific responsibilities associated with each level. He emphasised the critical need for project managers to develop their skills to enhance effectiveness. The seminar attracted participation from faculty and students from the Department of Building and Construction Engineering, who actively engaged with the subject matter.
