Islamic University, Najaf— Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, President of the Islamic University, the English Department at the College of Education hosted a seminar titled “How to Formulate and Format Official Administrative Letters.” During the seminar, lecturer Ahmed Faeq Al-Halfi highlighted key points essential for crafting official letters.
