Islamic University, Najaf— Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, President of the Islamic University, and supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Salim Al-Salami, Dean of the College of Law, a seminar focused on the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance in commercial cases was held at the College of Law. The session featured Dr. Ali Khayoun as the lecturer, who discussed several key topics, including
– The legal basis for the court’s formation.
– The types of cases it adjudicates procedures for appealing issued judgments.
The seminar was attended by the Dean and several faculty members from the college.
