Islamic University, Najaf— The President of the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, welcomed a group of foreign students interested in enrolling at the university as part of the “Study in Iraq” initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Dr. Mohammad Baqer Al-Qabanji and Mr. Ahmad Karim, the university’s registrar, attended the meeting. This initiative aims to attract international students to Iraqi universities, fostering cultural exchange and academic collaboration. Notably, last year, the Islamic University successfully hosted a cohort of foreign students in its Faculty of Islamic Sciences.
