Islamic University, Najaf— The Islamic University of Najaf continued its tree-planting campaign in line with the initiative of the Iraqi Prime Minister to plant five million trees in all governorates, especially in Najaf. This campaign is being implemented under the directives of His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and with the participation of all universities. His Eminence Sheikh Sadr Al-Din Al-Qabanji, the founder of the university, Professor Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, the university president, and many faculty members and employees, attended the event. The initiative aims to enhance green spaces and promote environmental awareness in society.
