Islamic University, Najaf – The Islamic University’s Continuing Education Centre conducted its fifth round of teaching competency tests on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, under the guidance of University President Prof. Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami. Seven candidates from the Najaf Governorate’s General Directorate of Education participated in the evaluations, which took place in the Centre’s Electronic Division hall.
Dr. Haider Al-Mousawi, Director of the Continuing Education Centre, emphasized the rigorous nature of the assessment process. “Our scientific committees employ professional, theoretical, and applied criteria to evaluate candidates,” he stated. “We continue to welcome applicants from directorates and departments across all governorates.”
The Centre offers various services to support educational and professional development in the region. These include Arabic language proficiency courses, computer skills training, and teaching competency assessments. Notably, these programs are affordable to pioneers, employees, and postgraduate candidates throughout the province.
