….. In solemn remembrance of the tragic events at Al-Taf, the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf donned black attire, mourning the loss of Abu Al-Ahrar, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). This somber observance also honors the days of Ashura and upholds the teachings of the People of the House. We reflect on the sacred blood spilled in the land of Al-Tuff, seeking enlightenment for generations to come.
