Islamic University, Najaf – The Islamic University’s Continuing Education Center recently concluded a workshop titled “Follow-Up and Dealing Skills” for staff in the university’s information and follow-up division. The workshop, held under the patronage of University President Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, aimed to equip staff with practical skills for effective communication and follow-up procedures.
Eleven employees participated in the training, led by instructor Safaa Al-Aasam. Al-Aasam emphasized the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, encouraging greater participation of female staff in professional interactions, particularly with female students.
The Continuing Education Center actively offers internal and external seminars and workshops for university staff, administration, and faculty, promoting professional development across the institution.
