Islamic University, Najaf – The Intellectual Challenge Championship between universities and private colleges in Najaf Al-Ashraf concluded yesterday evening, with the Islamic University emerging victorious. The tournament, held in the university’s gardens, saw a strong showing from all participants.
Jaber Bin Hayyan Medical University took home a commendable second-place finish, showcasing their intellectual prowess.
Further down the rankings, the Urban Planning team from the University of Kufa secured third place, while their Education department colleagues achieved a respectable fourth-place finish.
The Secretary General of the Al-Noor Humanitarian Foundation, His Eminence Sayyed Abdel Fattah Al-Moussawi, expressed his gratitude to the President of the Islamic University, along with all participants, for contributing to the tournament’s success. Appreciation was also extended to the organizing staff and the judging committee for their dedication.
In a closing address, the Islamic University President offered well wishes to students observing Ramadan and commended both the organizers and competitors for their hard work throughout the competition.
