Islamic University, Najaf – In a visit sponsored by the President of the Islamic University in Najaf, the university’s Husseini Youth Authority organized a pilgrimage to the holy shrines in Karbala for its students. The trip coincided with the observance of the third night of Laylat al-Qadr. The visit reflects the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf’s commitment to its namesake. The university emphasizes following the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
