Under the patronage of the President of the Islamic University, Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Al-Salami, a training workshop was held at the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf for university employees titled “Career Creativity.” In his workshop, Safaa Al-Aasam reviewed three categories of job creativity and classified employees accordingly. These are: creative, imitative, and saboteurs.
A large group of employees from the Islamic University attended the workshop, and they interacted extensively. By using intellectual entertainment tools, the lecturer created an environment of interaction that enabled participants to be fully focused and communicative.
After the lecture, Al-Aasam emphasized the significance of workshops in cultivating dedicated employees who are committed to serving the students of the Islamic University in Najaf.
