On the afternoon of Friday, the 15th of Jumada al-Akhir in the year 2023, the Islamic University of Najaf hosted a scientific conference organized by Al-Nukhba Foundation for Education. The conference carried the slogan of Lady Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) as a role model and was entitled “Assayda Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and establishing the rules of Islamic work”. The conference was held to mark the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Zahra (peace be upon her).
The conference was attended by a number of distinguished guests including Professor Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, the President of the Islamic University, Dr. Hassan Taher Melhem, the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Rafid Al-Azirjawi, the President of Al_Nukhba Foundation for Education, Dr. Ghani Al-Khaqani, the Administrative Assistant of the University of Kufa, and Dr. Haider Saad, the Administrative Assistant of Imam Al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him) Najaf Al-Ashraf Branch. Additionally, a large number of scholars and intellectuals were also in attendance.
