Nour Ali Rahim, a student from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Islamic University, won first place in the preliminary competition in the Najaf Governorate for memorizing the Holy Qur’an. She qualified for the sixth national elite women’s Qur’anic Sciences competition, sponsored by the Shiite Endowment Office and organized by the National Center for Qur’anic Sciences.
Competition activities were held at the House of the Holy Qur’an – the women’s section of the Holy Shrine on September 25, 2023, and supervised by a specialized jury, which consisted of each of the female memorizers (Fatima Al Dhaheri, Anam Ibrahim, Nagham Hadi Rashid, Shaima Yusr, and Dalal Hussein).
It’s worth noting that the student, Nour Ali Rahim, has won numerous first-place awards in local and national competitions. (HTH)
