On Saturday, June 3, in the early morning, the Islamic University welcomed Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Mahdi Al-Jubouri, Director of Private Higher Education at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, the President of the Islamic University, and his assistants welcomed him at the university; they toured the corridors and facilities of the university to observe how well the university met the required requirements for a successful educational process. Furthermore, the guest was given a briefing on some of the university’s ongoing projects and a tour of its dental clinics.
Dr. Muhannad Al-Jubouri praised the level of development witnessed by the university and its scientific reputation. He also inspected the examination halls and committees and received an update on all university faculties’ and departments’ examination processes.
On his part, Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, President of the Islamic University, gave a detailed explanation of the university and its efforts to build a number of university buildings to house colleges and research facilities. In addition to supporting scientific research, the university is actively involved in community service and educational activities in our beloved country, he stressed. (HTH)
