Under the auspices of the President of the Islamic University, Dr. Abdul Ammar Al-Salami, the Community Service Division of the Islamic University conducted humanitarian and voluntary activities. During the visit, Ammar Al-Salami and a group of students from the Department of Medical Technologies donated private donations collected within the university in order to provide medical treatments to patients at the Oncology Hospital.
The delegation of the Islamic University expressed thanks and appreciation to the hospital staff for their efforts to alleviate patient suffering.
The Islamic University has been, and still is, a pioneer in doing good in the field of humanitarian work, in addition to building human beings through academics. (HTH)
