The Director of the Holy Qur’an Division at the Islamic University of Najaf, Mr. Muhsin Rasoul Al-Saffar, honored Abd al-Hadi Faleh Mahdi, a student in the Department of Qur’anic and Linguistic Studies, for excelling in the examination of the topic of recitation and memorization and achieving the highest score with distinction in the first course of the academic year 2022-2023.
