The President of the Islamic University in Najaf, Prof. Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, received on Monday morning the Director of the “Doctors Without Wages Humanitarian Foundation” in Najaf, Mr. Ayed Fadel Al-Kaabi, to extend the gratitude and appreciation of the foundation to the university for what Imam Hussein Medical City (PBUH) offers in the city centre in terms of free services for all patients.
The medical city receives dozens of patients every day, and hundreds of them are among the millions of visits that the governorate witnesses annually. Patients are treated for free because the university provides doctors with the necessary specialization and treatments to treat the greatest number of patients, especially given the building’s location at the entrance to the old city.
