On November 22, 2022, the Islamic University in Najaf’s Community Service Division provided the State Orphanage of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs with sanitary cleaners for several months as part of its commitment to social responsibility and under the direct supervision of its president, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abd al-Amir al-Salami. The Islamic University has donated this in conjunction with a number of philanthropic and governmental organisations. This came in a statement by the official of the Community Service Division at the university, Mr. Abdul Karim Al-Haidari.
Additionally, Al-Haidari stated that “the university has prepared various materials for the home, such as potable water, office equipment, chairs, dining tables, ready-made clothes, shoes, towels, and other items for each beneficiary child.” from the house, as well as various types of food.
Asserting that “the Islamic University is at the forefront of Iraqi universities that provide continuous services to a variety of sectors of society.” (HTH)
