The Islamic University of Najaf ranked first among private universities and colleges in Iraq (except for the universities of Kurdistan) in the Spanish Web Matrix classification for the second half of 2022, which includes more than two hundred universities in more than 30 countries.
Thus, compared to the classification version from the previous year, the Islamic University has jumped more than twenty positions.
In this light, we applaud private education in Iraq for this success and our university for achieving this rank. We also thank everyone who contributed and worked for six straight months to make this advancement and wish everyone success and prosperity.
