The memorizer of the Holy Quraan, Noor Ali Rahim, a student in the Faculty of Dentistry at the Islamic University of Najaf, obtained a license of recitation and reading of by Qirāʼah Asim Al-Kufi by narrators Hafs and Shu’bah by narrators Hafs and Shu’bah through Al-Shatibiya from the authorized reciter Dr. Muhammad Fahmy Asfour, Professor of the Ten Recitations at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Reciter in charge of Recitation in the Supreme Shura of the Qur’an The Holy Qur’an in Iran.
Several reciters and memorizers of both genders were granted licenses by decrees to read at the Dar Al-Tajweed for the Glorious Qur’an Teaching in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf.
