On the occasion of birth of Generous of Ahlul Bait, Imam Hassan al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him), the Islamic University of Najaf held, on Friday, a grand ceremony in the university’s courtyard, attended by the founder of the Islamic University, Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims, Mr. Sadr al-Din al-Qabbanji, the university president, Dr. Ammar al-Salami, his assistants, deans of faculties and departments, professors and students .
During the ceremony, the maddah of Najaf sang poems that sang the love of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the imam Hassan Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him).
The poems elicited the cheers of the attendees and their participation in the event.
