Students whose names have appeared on the list of applicants to the Islamic University of Najaf must attend the university’s registration office to finish the registration process. The office will be open every day from 8 am to 5 pm.
Documents needed to apply:
1- A transcript of grades stating the exam number or a photocopy of a study document
2- Residence card
3- Copies of the student’s and his father’s documents.
4- 4 personal photos.
5- First semester fees.
6- Endorsement of the Martyrs Foundation in the event of submission on the channel of the martyrs’ families.
7- Confirmation from the father’s or mother’s workplace stating his continuation in the job in the event of applying to the channel “sons of teachers” or holders of higher degrees.
