On Sunday, November 7, 2021, Governor Louay Al-Yasiri visited the Islamic University. Dr. Ammar Al-Salami, President of the University, welcomed him and briefed him on the university’s achievements. Al-Yasiri expressed his admiration for the level the university has reached academically and urbanally. The visit included a field tour of the university’s corridors and new projects.
Al-Yasiri reiterated the governorate’s support for all scientific and academic projects that serve Najaf, the holy city and capital of the Islamic world. (HTH)
