On the occasion of the opening of the new academic year, His Eminence Sayyid Sadr al-Din al-Qabbanji met with the teaching and administrative staff of the Islamic University in the central prayer hall of the university.
His Eminence addressed the promotion of Islamic, scientific and educational values in the Islamic University and made this year the year of reviving the mosque for students and affiliates, so that every individual can show the characteristics and morals of those who follow Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them.
Lastly, he thanked all university members for their efforts to bring the Islamic University to the ranks of international universities as it bears the name of Najaf and the Great Iraq. (HTH)
