The Faculty of Law held a panel discussion entitled: (The Legal System of the Owners Association in the Ownership of Floors and Apartments), for the assistant teacher Iyad Muhammad Reda Abboud Shalash, on the nineteenth of November 2019, and in Hall (14) in the Islamic University building in Najaf.
The discussion focused on 3 topics:
The first is the definition of the owners’ association.
The second topic is: Annulment of the lawsuit petition due to the expiry of the period of suspension.
The third is the effects of the formation of the owners’ association on the ownership of floors and apartments. (HTH)
