On November 24, 2019, the Faculty of Law held a panel discussion entitled “Holding the Betting of the Competitors Personally in Sports (A Comparative Study in Islamic Jurisprudence)”, by Alaa Kazem Hussein Radhiwi, assistant teacher, in Hall No. 14.
The discussion centred on two main topics. The first is the definition of the personal betting contract for the contestants, and the second is the legality of the contract for betting the contestants in person. (HTH)
