The Faculty of Law at the Islamic University of Najaf held a panel discussion on November 27, 2019 entitled “Constitutional Legislative Drafting (An Analytical Study of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for 2005)” by Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Muttalib Azzouz Al-Mahmoud.
The discussion focused on two main topics:
The first topic is the concept of legislative drafting and its means.
The second topic is the objectives of constitutional legislative drafting. (HTH)
