The Faculty of Law held a panel discussion entitled: (Annulment of the petition by law), by Assistant Professor Zina Muhammad Saleh Muhanna, on the nineteenth of November 2019, in Hall (14) in the Islamic University building in Najaf.
The discussion focused on 3 topics:
The first topic is: leaving the case for review.
The second topic is: Annulment of the lawsuit petition due to the expiry of the period of suspension.
The third topic is: Annulment of the case for not submitting documents. (HTH)
